Formula

Semester GPA = Σ(grade points × credits) ÷ Σ(credits)

Examples

Example: A (4.0, 3cr), B (3.0, 3cr), B+ (3.3, 4cr). GPA = (12 + 9 + 13.2) ÷ 10 = 3.42.

Example: A- (3.7, 3cr), A (4.0, 3cr), B (3.0, 3cr). GPA = (11.1 + 12 + 9) ÷ 9 = 3.57.
